Order Processing Time
All orders placed on rcwale.in are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner or customs clearance.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
RC Wale is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within India only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Damages
RC Wale is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
